As Argentina continues to gain international relevance as a strategic energy supplier and Texas remains one of the world's leading business and innovation ecosystems, the Chamber will build on its role as a bridge connecting companies, investors, institutions and policymakers from both regions. Under Aguilar's leadership, the ATCC will implement a multi-year agenda centered on three strategic priorities. The first is the continued development of the energy sector, with a particular focus on strengthening collaboration between Vaca Muerta and the Permian Basin, promoting investment, technology transfer and operational partnerships. A second priority will be to deepen cooperation in technology and the knowledge economy by fostering stronger ties between Austin's thriving innovation ecosystem and Argentina's highly skilled technology talent. Finally, the Chamber will expand its efforts in healthcare, encouraging greater collaboration with Texas' leading medical ecosystem while supporting regional investment in biotechnology and healthcare infrastructure.
